Mark,
I see 5 QZLSFILE active jobs, each servicing one user profile, each only two days old at the most, no joblogs for old inactive jobs.
I see 2 QZLSFILET jobs, one active, one joblog pending, both showing no users.
I know I have other users using mapped drives, not showing up.
I don't see sessions under i5/os Netserver, what release are you, I'm V7R1.

If you don't see QZLSFILE or QZLSFILET running, (usually in the QSERVER subsystem), it may just mean that no one is currently connected to any "shares"...
Also, using iSeries Navigator, under Network -> Servers -> TCP/IP
... double-click on "i5/OS NetServer"and then click on "Sessions" to see the active sessions using NetServer.
