Hi everybody, it's been some time since I've posted here...
One of my latest projects is to develop a replacement for UPS Host Access,
which is used for sending PLD (Package Level Detail) shipping data to UPS,
and various tracking api's. The Host Access product is being phased out,
and UPS has asked us to develop an alternative using their web services
api's.
Has anyone already been through this exercise? API selection is my issue
currently. There are several "shipping api" variations, and I'm not sure
which compares to the PLD submission feature in UPS Host Access...
I was told that support for UPS Host Access will end in late 2017, and is
being phased out due to poor implementation of the SSL/TLS code used in the
application.
Thanks,
-Eric DeLong
