Re: Need to copy *USERASCII spool file into a PF.

Hi Vern,

My Client came back again to resolve this issue.

We are using version V7R2M0.

I have used below command but it is giving me an error CPF3429 (File
MMLABELD number 1 cannot be displayed, copied, or sent)

CPYSPLF FILE(MMLABELD) TOFILE(*TOSTMF) JOB(319189/NALAGUMA/TCP1)
SPLNBR(000001) TOSTMF('/home/cybra/test')

When i looked at IBM site they said it can not be done using CPYSPLF. The
only way we can achieve this is, copy the spool file using Iseries
Navigator to PC then FTP the file back to PF in AS400 but unfortunately
this does not help me because we have to do this whole process in CL
program.

Any thoughts?
