Connection to the database, having one commit scope. A cursorname (declare
cursor myName as select ...) in a programm with embedded SQL has the module
as scope and is neither visible, nor could it be shared between diffrent
modules. The problem Dave mentioned is with using the same cursor for a
table in lib A, then switching to LIB B2 reopening the cursor, this could
cause problems, if you don't controll prepare of the cursor by your own (for
static SQL the runtime tries to manage this for you by automatic and this
could produce unpredectable results).
