ACS = IBM i Access Client Solutions. This is the replacement for the
deprecated IBM i Client Access for Windows.
- For the current version of IBM i, if you are using Lan Console, you must
be on ACS and not the old stuff.
- The deprecated stuff will work with newer versions of the OS (except Lan
Console) but it's version will still only say 7.1
- ACS has a much nicer Run SQL Scripts.

Many parts can be freely downloaded. Yes the emulator and file transfer
does still have a hook into 5770XW1 to check for licensing.
