Use CPYF.

Example:

CPYF FROMFILE(QGPL/QRPGSRC) TOFILE(QTEMP/QRPGSRC) FROMMBR(PROOF) TOMBR(PROOF) +
MBROPT(*REPLACE) CRTFILE(*YES)
