Anyone know the process to "deactivate BRMS" from a system that is
using it during the grace period?

If you do not want to uninstall it, you may want to try to

* remove all media from BRMS inventory
* set BRMS Media Monitor to *NO in System Policy.

However, I do not know if it is possible to do so when the grace period
is complete.
