So STRTCP is looking at the Autostart settings, and only starting those not set to AutostartN
STRTCPSVR SERVER(*HTTP) HTTPSVR(*ALL) is starting all instances, ignoring the AutostartN.

No, I did not issue ENDTCP.
I used no options on my STRTCP.
I called STRTCP to start the http servers because Paul Steinmetz asked for a way to just start the autostart http servers and I could find no other way.

Rob,
1) Did you end TCP?
2) On your STRTCP, what were your options?
I'm a bit confused why your calling STRTCP to start QHTTPSVR.
