These DB2 services are cheap easy ways to make people like me happy. Of
course, there's always someone who would rather IBM not work on something
which can often be duplicated with a few days effort but instead
concentrate on their pet concerns.

They are popular with every new DB2 group which matches a TR group. This
may not include interim DB2 groups. (Then again, it may.)

And there are a few undocumented services. Some which will remain
undocumented by IBM (despite my efforts to overturn that).
An example being USERS(). Which has some benefit over User_info()
