Except with the cadence of announcements no they have not said anything
about end of support for V7R1.
I highly doubt that support will be kept up for that long. (maybe high
priced extended support like V5R4/V6R1)
Look at the cadence of announcements and you'll see the pattern emerging.
I'll wager the next cumulative is the last one.

Has IBM even hinted at the end of support date? I was told today that
support would continue for 5 more years. I almost choked on my coffee at
