I hear, you!

I recover several systems a year because the admin did just what you said.

What bothers me more is anytime Winders puts up message of that type I see admins start to panic, but they just don't seem to care to follow through with the POWER box.

Like I said, minutes a week to know if there's a budding problem or not.

Waste of time Jim. I used to have RAID5 with no hot spare, who cares if only 1 disk drive fails? I can safely ignore that and just wait for the second drive to fail. That will DEFINITELY get my attention.

True but the wisdom of that is suspect. Should you not review them?

If done weekly it only takes a few minutes to do.

There is an automated process that runs on a daily basis that will auto delete these entries.
I don't remember the name of the process or which menu the steup is on.

Subject: How to delete really old entries from WRKPRB

Hi to the Gurus,

We have a customer, they have at least a zillion old entries in WRKPRB. I triedd to delete them with DLTPRB, by setting the retention period (DAYS) to 30, to no avail. It is not possible to press F13 to repeat option 4
(delete)
for thw whole list. How can I get rid of those old entries?

Regards,
Frigyes Szepesi
