for OPM program there was a TRCDTA command,...
for ILE , you can use performance performance collection and a feature
called PEX : performance explorer...
- check that your program is enabled for performance collection :
compiled with ENBPFRCOL(*ENTRYEXIT) and ENBPFRCOL(*FULL)
- collect performance data with a PEX definition (ADDPEXDFN TYPE(*TRACE)
...)
- the data will be stored in files QAYP***

Not sure if this is the correct forum for this but here goes.
I have an RPG/ILE program that is used by multiple users. It has grown
from the system 34. There are close 10k lines of code in it.
I would like to run a "trace" over the program as it is run by the
users. I would like to track all the lines of code that are executed
within that ILE program along (not any service program or subsequent
called program).
Is this possible?
