We use CPYLIB, which seems to be faster than CPYF or CRTDUPOBJ. It still
requires a lock, but then we know everything in the library is copied to
our test environment.

True, but if we're copying them then we might as well copy right to the
training library at that point. Second issue here is needing all that
time with the files locked to get a clean save point. They get just
enough time on the weekend to do a SAVLIB to their SPHiNX VTL which is
certainly quicker than CPYF or CRTDUPOBJ I would think.
