NB: This message was originally posted by ROB in the Domino list, but I have
responded in the Midrange List because I am finding the same issue in V7R2
after loading latest cume.

And we do not have DOMINO.

I only noticed this because my HTPP ADMIN2 job was taking up 54% of CPU
after a firmware IPL.

Here is my scenario:

Job 180429/QLWISVR/ADMIN2 started on 01/30/16 at 11:54:26 in subsystem

QHTTPSVR in QHTTPSVR. Job entered system on 01/30/16 at 11:54:26.

Not authorized to message file QJVAMSGF in *LIBL.
(MSGID: CPF2411 )

Java Virtual Machine is IBM Technology for Java. PID(46)

Text not available for message JVAB578 file QJVAMSGF.
(MSGID: JVAB578)

Anyone else run into this?

Here's the problem

Message
File Library
QJVAMSG QSYS
QJVAMSGF QSYS

They are asking for
DSPMSGD RANGE(JVAB578) MSGF(QJVAMSGf)
CPF2419-Message identifier JVAB578 not found in message file QJVAMSGF in
QSYS.

They should either add it in, or stop looking in qjvamsgF and start
looking in just QJVAMSG.
DSPMSGD RANGE(JVAB578) MSGF(QJVAMSG)
JVM properties were loaded from a properties file.

Is this a Domino problem, a Java problem, or what?
