Um … it is the same

MySQL - SELECT * FROM Orders LIMIT 10 OFFSET 15 ( or alternatively SELECT * FROM Orders LIMIT 15, 10 )

DB2 - SELECT * FROM Orders LIMIT 10 OFFSET 15 ( or alternatively SELECT * FROM Orders LIMIT 15, 10 )

Darned if I can see a difference.
