I use LODPTF & APYPTF.

For LODPTF, the default is:
PTF numbers to select . . . . . *ALL

Trying to fix a FastCGI issue for PHP and ran into an issue that others (on
Zend forum) said were fixed by applying the latest HTTP PTFs.

I did SNDPTFORD for SF99713 and when the order was complete/downloaded I
did INSPTF LICPGM((5770DG1)) DEV(*SERVICE). I then get this error:

----------------------------
QSYS/INSPTF LICPGM((5770DG1)) DEV(*SERVICE)
No PTFs to be loaded.
PTF 5770DG1-SI58626 V7R2M0 not applied. PTF 5770SS1-SI58617 V7R2M0
required.
PTF not applied because error occurred.
PTF install processing failed.
----------------------------

So then I go to the PTF's cover letter(n1) and see "The following Group
PTF(s) will also be delivered when ordering this Group PTF. Related PTF
Group(s): SF99716"

n1 - http://bit.ly/SF99713

Am I supposed to always manually read through the PTF cover letters and
find related PTF groups and manually type them into the INSPTF command? Or
is there a better way?
