Were you able to make the file associations for the various file types? It is in the Tools menu when you use the *.exe launch programs for ACS.

Once you have that, when you create a session in ACS, you get an HOD file - you will see them in the session manager. There is no way to make a shortcut from there, as there was in Client Access - unless that's been changed recently.

So I had to go to the directory where the HOD files are and right-click and select to make shortcuts from there.

Something like that!!
