I agree with Jim that it is much easier to upgrade and whatnot. The old
"Check Service Level" used to work pretty good until Windows got more and
more onerous with it's "Are you sure, like really really sure, like really
really freaking sure?" crap. And it's insistence that you be a local
administrator or domain admin. It just got to the point where it simply
would not function for the vast majority of our users. Maybe many of you
are domain admins (I am) and don't experience this crud. Or maybe you
work for a shop that assigns everyone as an administrator.

So some may decry that the new version doesn't use Windows installer. I
say "good riddance!".
