You actually want DSPDBR FILE(library in question/*ALL) OUTPUT(*OUTFILE) OUTFILE(QGPL/DSPDBRTST)
Then in the outfile, check Library WHRLI NE to Dependent library WHRELI
SQL may also be an option.

I would like to identify all of the logical files on the sysem that are based on physical files in a different library.
My first idea was to use DSPFD to an outfile. Is there a better way, maybe by using SQL and the system tables?
