CPD8C09: PTF 5770...-xx##### V7R2M0 already available on the system.
I know that this lpar is not 100% current on these groups.
Tried a few things and gave up.
Trying Fix Central and I am getting:
"We are currently experiencing problems providing downloads for some fixes
over FTP. If you are unable to use FTP, please try another download option
such as Download Director or HTTPS. We apologize for the inconvenience."
