The last line in the DSPSPLF snippet is the default QM page footing,
which I don't know how to change/eliminate, but because it's the
longest line, I wonder if that causes the use of a smaller font ?

Any advice as to how to get my report to print at 10 CPI is most
welcome

If indeed the /default QM page footing/ is the origin for the difficulty, then specify on the Start QM Query (STRQMQRY) command, the value of *NO, as the value for both the Date And Time (DATETIME) and Page Number (PAGNBR) specifications that apply to what is printed "on the bottom of each page." If those three values are desirable to be displayed there, but in a shorter width, compose them as &DATE &TIME &PAGE on a Page Footing specification for LEFT adjust.
