FWiW: There is a Retrieve Prompt Override (QPTRTVPO) API that can
invoke the Prompt Override Program (POP) for the Change User Profile
(CHGUSRPRF) command request [the Prompt Override Program (PMTOVRPGM)
QSYPRPOP in QSYS] that might be simpler. I may still have working
examples, both of using that API and using the Retrieve User Profile
(RTVUSRPRF) commmand. I seem to recall discussions, and if so, they
should be available on the web; I have not looked yet, either on the web
or elsewhere.
