Never mind, I finally found it. For those similarly searching:

In Data Source Explorer, expand the Database Connections (if not already
expanded, and right-click on the first-level server name (should have "(DB2
for i V#R#)" to the right of the server name), and click Properties. On
the Driver Properties dialog, click the Optional tab. Type (without the
double quotes) "naming" for Property and "system" for Value, and click
Add. Click OK, and you should be prompted to reconnect to the server.
