Rob,

Are you looking to capture what is using it?
You could try this (I have not done this myself, but will be in the next few week) and let us know.

Macro to capture count of use:
Strsst, sign in.
1. Start a service tool
4. Display/Alter/Dump
1. Display/Alter storage --OR-- 2. Dump to printer
2. Licensed Internal Code (LIC) data
14. Advanced analysis
Run SSLCONFIG

option: -h for the help text, shows all the values.... -sslConnectionCounts is the counter. Options: enable disable reset

I would suggest
-sslConnectionCounts:reset
-sslConnectionCounts:enable

run for 24 hours (maybe Monday 24 hours as more folks will log in on Mondays) then

-sslConnectionCounts:display
to view or record the counts.

Steve

Is there some way to monitor the current use of SSLv3?
A summary, or maybe even a detail?

Perhaps some read journal entry on some cert in the IFS?

Some recent hit count summary would be nice. Knowing what IP addresses
hit it for what applications (ftp, telnet, etc) would be better.
