Although I no longer serve on the COMMON Education Foundation (CEF) board, I am a strong advocate for it's mission.

With the end of the year approaching, now is the perfect time to make your tax deductible contributions to non-profit organizations. As you are considering organizations to support, please look to the COMMON Education Foundation. Each year CEF awards scholarships to professors, students, and community members through the Al Barsa Memorial Scholarship, Registration Scholarship, Volunteer Memorial Scholarship, Tuition Reimbursement Scholarship, John Earl Speaker Scholarship, and our Student Initiative including the Student Innovation Award.

Over $35,000 in scholarships was awarded in 2014 alone. It would not be possible for us to do this without the continued support of the community through your generous donations!
