I would describe Agile as how I felt before eating barbecue in Lockhart :-)
I love this whole discussion on Agile.
Our QA leader came from a full Agile environment and told us we weren't ready for it.
Last thing I want is someone watching me key and then taking turns :-)
There appear to be shades of Agile, so we've picked up the bits that seemed to make sense such as requirements before coding, but I don't believe we are doing standups, sprints or pair programming.
We are now using Team Concert for all requirements gathering although source code remains in SVN. This seems to be working pretty well.
