I would turn auditing on for that output queue. We had one user that
thought WRKOUTQ only showed his spool files so he deleted all shown in
that output queue. Granted, some security enhancements were done, but
auditing showed us where to start.

The CHGPRTF suggestion will work. A small warning will be some change
management packages will warn you that this printer file has been changed
outside of their package. Which really is a good thing. Otherwise you
might recompile a printer file and lose that attribute if you weren't
notified. Now, if you have hundreds of printer file definitions going to
that output queue you might be in for some fun.

As far as I could tell there were no options on STRPRTWTR or CHGWTR to
handle this. I also couldn't see any appropriate APIs to handle this.
