Jerry,

First I hope you got DVDs. :-)

Second some of this is theory but..

The HTTP Group (SF99368) also includes the Java Group (SF99572). This is because there is SO much Java used by the web servers that Tim added the Java group to HTTP. So those two are together for good reason.

To figure out what's on there look on the first disk and you should ahve a directory named README and in there a file named ORDLIST.TXT. In there it will should that list ALL the groups on those disks and all the PTFs that were part of those groups as well.

The other groups you ordered, Performance Tools, Backup and Recovery, Print, TCP/IP, Harware, Tech Refresh and a couple Web Query groups got merged together which saves you apply time and IBM shipping cost.

Whey they shipped you two sets of disks has got to be a glitch. When you look at that ORDLIST.TXT file do check to see if SF99368 and SF99572 are listed in there. If they are the first set of disks is worthless!

One other thing, you ordered the Security group which is a subset of the Hiper group so that order is redundant. Because they shipped together it made absolutely no difference however!

Yesterday I ordered these PTF groups (among others) on physical media.

Today I received two packages.

One contained only SF99368 level 19 and SF99572 level 13 and it spanned 5
cd's.

The other order contained 3 cd's for sf99145, sf99362, sf99366, sf99367,
SF99368 level 19, SF99572 level 13 ('and more' - is what the label says).

My question is why would one order span 5 cd's for two groups only (SF99368
and SF99572) while a different order spans 3 cd's for six plus groups, that
includes SF99368 and SF99572?

I also ordered SF99708, SF99707, SF99705, SF99647 and SF99637 but those
group numbers aren't on any of the labels. The label only says 'and more'.
How can I determine what the 'and more' groups are? I'm hoping they would
be SF99708, SF99707, SF99705, SF99647 and SF99637.

Thanks and have a great holiday!
