I've been in earthquakes, including the one in SFO in 1989. I'll take a
hurricane any day.

We've been here 5 years now, and we've enjoyed it immensely. Of course,
we're halfway between Austin and San Antonio, so we don't have to deal with
the traffic in either Houston or Dallas.

I can be trout fishing in 15 minutes. Going for redfish or speckled trout
takes 2.5 hours. What's not to like?
