I would love to have the TAATOOLs again, but I don't think that will ever
happen here.

In TAATOOL there is a command called DLTOLDSPLF. It may do some of what you
need. You will have to modify it to use the max number of spooled files
your output queues can handle though.
Delete Old Spooled Files - TAA (DLTOLDSPLF)
Type choices, press Enter.
Output queue for SPLF dlt . . . Name, *ALL
Library name . . . . . . . . . Name, *LIBL
Days to retain spooled files . . 14 0-999
Days to retain QPJOBLOG . . . . *RETAINDAYS 0-999, *RETAINDAYS
Days to retain QPSRVDMP . . . . *RETAINDAYS 0-999, *RETAINDAYS
Move to OUTQ instead of DLT . . *NONE Name, *NONE
Library name . . . . . . . . . *LIBL Name, *LIBL
Bypass OUTQs:
Output queue . . . . . . . . . Name
Library . . . . . . . . . . . Name
+ for more values
