Looking at the options for an outright replacement of the printer at the moment. There is a new Power 720 on order so if they have to give up the last of the twinax devices (this 6408 and the console) so be it!

2-For a while, but it's been YEARS, we had 5394's and Perle compatible
equipment for some twinax devices at some remote plants. But those have
been out the door for a LONG time now. Upgrading firmware on them to keep
them compatible with network changes, OS changes, etc was such a PITA.

I really don't miss twinax. (And I'm not even a crack shot. :-) )
