You have to use two sessions and use SBREAK when setting the debug in
the trigger program. Then when the program starts you have to do a
STRSRVJOB in the second program.

Be careful about putting any substantive logic in a trigger program.
The program is locked and cannot be changed unless the tables is
closed.
