/QOpenSys/usr/bin/scp

Will be symlinks to the actual binaries.

The location of the actual binaries varies depending on your IBM i release. You could "ls -l" the symlinks to see where they go, but I would recommend sticking with the /QOpenSys/usr/bin/ symlinks so your scripts don't suddenly break after a new IBM i release or PTF is applied.
