In summary you want to know if DBU should allow you to change key fields,
right?

CREATE TABLE ROB/MCKEE
(MYKEY CHAR (2 ) NOT NULL,
MYDATA CHAR (5 ) NOT NULL,
PRIMARY KEY (MYKEY))

INSERT INTO ROB/MCKEE VALUES('A', 'A')
INSERT INTO ROB/MCKEE VALUES('B', 'B')

DBU FILE(ROB/MCKEE)

SELECT * FROM ROB/MCKEE
MYKEY MYDATA
C A
B B

Yes, DBU should allow you to change the key. Now, I had to press enter to
confirm my changes.
