Another thing to consider is the power supplies. IBM's tend to be MUCH
higher. However they seem to handle the equipment much better than
standard 110 power supplies. Not all IBM equipment is dual power capable
- even some of the "newer" stuff. Floored my CE when we discovered that.

If you have equipment where you just have to physically power off/on (like
maybe a special purpose modem or some such thing) then a special power
supply with networking on it to do that might be in the offering. Often
cost prohibitive for local work, but if your offsite location is a secure
bunker where you cannot go, that redefines cost prohibitive.
