Can you tell us more specifics of what you're trying to accomplish ?

CRM can mean lots of things to different people. From basic name/address tracking to complete opportunity management to customer service.

We have a product called inContact that we have built over the past 5 years.

The software is written in ASP.Net but can be tightly integrated to the IBM i via web service calls and RPG service program calls.

The whole idea of CRM is to have one key place for your sales/marketing and customer service teams to be able to go to find information aggregated from all your important business systems.

If you're interested in learning more, check out our web site or if you want to schedule a demo you can contact our sales team: sales@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

subject: Customer Relationship Management (CRM) for POWER IBM i users

Is your sales team using CRM that is hosted on or interfaces with your
POWER IBM i?

Wintouch from touchtonecorp?

SugarCRM enterprise on IBM i?

Infor's CRM?

Or cloud-based CRM like salesforce.com or Oracle's CRM on demand?

If you developed your CRM inhouse, please share more.

Thanks, EricL
