Like many, you assume that spelling and grammer MUST follow certain
rules. Surprisingly to some, there are no such rules. They are only
reccomendations that serve to standardize the written word to aid in
its understanding. In other words, I can write things any damn way I
want and no one is going to arrest me.
Criticism is only valid when the usage intereferes with understanding
the intent of the writer. Otherwise you are merely nit-picking.
If you had trouble understanding that this was a question then let me
clear it up for you. It was.

Otherwise, I suggest a good look at the MSGTYPE parameter.
