I think Barbara meant to say "rebind" rather than "recompile".

(You don't have to recompile them in any case, unless the
parameters have changed... but that's not related to binder source.)

It seems to me that one often says recompile instead of rebind. But what exactly is meant? UPDPGM instead of CRTPGM? What is the difference and how is it important?
