The internal search function is temporarily non-functional. The current search engine is no longer viable and we are researching alternatives.
As a stop gap measure, we are using Google's custom search engine service.

Out of morbid curiosity, Does anybody know what "PMR" actually stands
for?
"Problem Management Record". While an external IBM support web page
may allude to the PMR as a "Problem Management Report", the data in a
tokenized database [w/ extremely fast set search with easy Union and
Intersection set logic for additions and paring results, mirrored across
several sites]. A search of the Problem Management System [the PMS]
returns the Problem Management Records [the PMRs from the database]
where each "record" is presented as a text file of chronological
timestamped updates [and some other stuff] which could reasonably be
described as a "report" of the problem and its history of updates.
