I have a printer PDJ job which will not end. ENDWTR was ran against it.
Further attempts at ENDWTR error out (CPF3313)with that the writer is not
active. ENDJOB and ENDJOBABN are not allowed against this PDJ job
(CPF1341).
I will NOT try ENDSBS. The only thing that will do is stop the rest of my
writers and not allow me to try STRSBS until the job that will not end
until an IPL ends.
