I'd suggest not to use the scalar function WEEK, but using WEEK_ISO instead.

WEEK: Week starts with Sunday and January, 1st is always in Week 1
WEEK_ISO: Calculates the week according to the ISO guidelines:
--> Week always starts with Monday
--> In the first week the majority of day must be from the new year, that
means December, 29 can be in week 1 while January, 3rd can be in the last
week of the previous year.
--> January, 4 is always in week 1 and the first Thursday of a year is
always in week 1.

The use of sysdummy1 has been deprecated on supported versions of the
operating system. I suggest you use VALUES instead of SELECT for
instances when you are tempted to use sysdummy1

Replace:
select week(current date) from sysibm/sysdummy1
With:
values week(current date)
or in sql rpg
exec sql values week(current date) into :WeekNumber;
