We have recently installed V6R1 iseries access, and have had a couple of
users complain of this issue. They can use the character keys, the
number keys, but they cannot use the Enter Key, or any of the function
keys. We have tried to use the Pop Up pad also, and the commands are not
recognized. Generally the user has several sessions open, and all other
sessions work properly.

We checked, and the scroll lock is not on.

From time to time while using PC5250 access my keyboard mapping for
F-keys and Up/Down keys will stop working.

The only way I have found to fix this is to reboot my computer.

Anyone else have this problem or know what is causing my issues?

Thanks

Rogers
