Sounds like something wacky in the ProxyPass to the PASE Apache server. My
suggestion, upgrade to Zend Server for FREE. Then you will no longer have
multiple Apache servers to deal with.

Re: Simple PHP setup issue

It does show a process listening on port 89, and I can connect. It
displays the php script when I try to access.

To test some more, I changed the apache config to allow our subnet into
the site (not just the default of 127.0.0.1). Accessing 192.168.1.2:8000
runs the script successfully. It is only when I use the 192.168.1.2:89
address that does not run the script.

And a netstat shows a process listening at port 89?

ZENDCORE QTMHHTTP BCH .0 PGM-QZHBMAIN SIGW
ZENDCORE QTMHHTTP BCI .0 PGM-QZSRLOG SIGW

What's the url look like? I think by default it's port 10088. Is ZENDSVR
started? Do you have multiple ZENDSVR jobs running in QHTTPSVR?

Hello all.

I believe this is a pretty simple fix. I know how to do it on
WAMP/LAMP
installations, but I'm not quite clear on the iSeries system.

My PHP scripts are not running - they show as simple html listings. I
don't see any errors in the logs. ZendCore is installed. Checked the
httpd.conf file for Apache and see the following:
### Start of Zend Core
LoadModule php5_module /usr/local/Zend/Core/modules/apache2/libphp5.so
AddType application/x-httpd-php .php
DirectoryIndex index.php

Alias /ZendCore /usr/local/Zend/Core/GUI
Alias /dummy.php /usr/local/Zend/apache2/htdocs/dummy.php

I confirmed security on the libphp5.so object. It has the following
securityL
*PUBLIC *RX
QSECOFR *RWX
QTMHHTP1 *RWX
QTMHHTTP *RWX

Am I missing something?

Thanks
