Thanks for the answers to this. It appears we have to use the IBM Disk
Sanitizer, and yes, it seems even this doesn't touch disks on the load
source IOP. The standard we're after is Department of Defense (DoD)
specification 5220.22-M" for HIPAA compliance. C2 is what it was referred
to here, but I think it's the same thing.
