It was a custom rebuild. I had to restore QUSRSYS manually but it was
from the latest backup so I don't know why some of the exit points
were missing.

I had to rebuild a system from scratch and now it is missing some exit
programs. All of the FTP entries are missing. Is there a way to
restore the exit programs from the system backup?
