That's up to the individual LUG's. Whether they publish a list on their
websites, supply one upon request, or refuse out of concern that someone
may be looking for a marketing list is up to that group. Most LUG's
have a contact info or a listing of their board members that you could
contact for information.

that user iSeries as I see articles about them and then show that list
