I have a print job where I am printing a front and back overlay using duplex. When I print, it looks fine, everything prints where it should.

Put when I do an OVRPRTF to a pdf, the overlay shifts, and the variable information does not hit the overlay.

I do have DEVTYPE(*AFPDS) , TOSTMF('/image/parks.pdf') and WSCST(*PDF) . I have tried to take off the DUPLEX, and the back OVERLAY.

Tried creating the overlay different ways. I start with a PDF to create the overlay.
I have page scaling NONE. Print text as graphics off.
I have tried to print to an AFP 300 and 3812 printer to create the overlay.

I do not get any errors in the OVERLAY creation process.
I copy it from IFS to QDLS, do a CPYFRMPCD then CRTOVL.

Thanks.
