When can we order V7R1

Hi All,

Thanks to Charles Wilt's posting, i'm now aware that V7R1 is
officially announced for April 23rd availability.

I've called up our Distributor, asking them when we will be able to
order V7R1 and the answer was "4 to 6 weeks".

Anyone know more about this? (Especially those not in the US that have
to deal with IBM's distributors)
