Printing could be an issue though I know that at least with the iPhone it is
possible. I have a coupon app that prints to my HP inkjet printer when I am
at home on my network.

Barcode scanning, I don't know much about that. Could be done in an app, I
don't know about web app.

GPS is built into Chrome and Safari desktop and mobile browsers. IIRC, it
uses the actual GPS coordinates if available.

The other thing which is problematic with web browse application for
mobile are:
- printing on mobile printer
- use bar code reader
- using GPS positioning assigned to orders entered on mobile ...
