You can enter multiples, but they work only on the page you are on -
unless you put in the As and Bs before the CR or CCR - It's way too cool!

If you do the CR/CCR first, then each page up/down makes the copy
happen, just like an enter.

Oh, what tedium I could have spared myself, had I known about CR and
CCR. Although being able to specify multiple As or Bs at the same time
for a C or a CC block would be even better.
